Valves

- Type: SMLD 300G series valve (hard closing using ruby + sapphire)
The d2 nano dispenser is supplied with two high quality valves from Fritz Gyger AG of Switzerland. The valves have a very long life expectancy however replacements can be purchased if required.
Additionally, valves are offered in a range of nozzle diameters and valve travels. Large dispense volumes and high viscosity fluids are best suited to larger nozzle diameter/valve travel whereas small dispense volumes are best suited to smaller nozzle diameter/valve travel.

Syringe Kits

A syringe is best suited to applications that require a very a low dead volume.
3ml, 5ml, 10ml and 60ml syringe options are available.
Each kit contains
- 1x Syringe head adapter
- 1x Syringe luer-lock adapter (luer-lock to 1/4-28UNF female)
- 1x Tube for air supply to the syringe adaptor head (length:550mm, OD:1.6mm, ID:0.75mm, material:PFA).
- 2x BD Plastipack Luer Lock Syringes
GL45 Bottle Kit

The bottle kit uses a GL45 cap that has 3 ports. The cap can be cleaned in an autoclave.
Each kit contains
- 1x Bottle Cap (3 port)
- 1x 250ml Bottle
- 1x blind plug
- 1x Tube for fluid supply to the valve head (length:700mm, OD:1.6mm, ID:0.75mm, material:PFA).
GL32 Conical Bottle Kit

The bottle kit uses a GL32 cap that has 3 ports. The cap can be cleaned in an autoclave.
Each kit contains
- 1x GL32 Bottle Cap (3 port)
- 1x 250ml Conical Bottle
- 1x blind plug
- 1x Tube for fluid supply to the valve head (length:700mm, OD:1.6mm, ID:0.75mm, material:PFA).
50ml Conical Centrifuge Tube Kit

The bottle kit uses a custom cap from Fritz Gyger AG that has 3 ports. The cap can be cleaned in an autoclave.
